Ori’s background spans the development and financing of residential real estate in Spain, Portugal and Israel. Based in Barcelona, he brings direct local market knowledge and long-standing relationships with developers to YB Ventures.

His work at YB Ventures spans sourcing opportunities, structuring secured loans and coordinating due diligence. He works closely with developers and financing partners throughout the project cycle, with a focus on risk assessment, execution and ongoing monitoring.

Itai brings international experience across private equity, venture capital and real estate. He is a founder of Sherpa Group and has served as an active chairman of Israeli technology companies.

His background also includes work as an M&A attorney at Shearman & Sterling in New York.

Uri combines operational and financial leadership with experience as a technology entrepreneur, co-founder and director.

His background includes the COO and CFO roles at AIO Systems and international real estate investment alongside developers and debt funds.

Francisco is an economist and project management professional with experience in business strategy, corporate transactions, financing and real estate development, including land acquisition and urban planning.

His career includes work at two Big Four firms and general management, CFO and advisory roles for family offices and real estate businesses. He brings international experience across Spain, Portugal and Romania.
